The picture below is actually a place of business; not a house. A lot of "offices" looked like this. It really did lend a magical quality to the whole town especially at night when the buildings were lit up and the snow glistened off the roofs!
Our suite at the lodge came with a beautiful fireplace! It cost $5 for a bundle of wood (supplied by the lodge.) Toasting marshmallows was a wonderful way to end the day and spend time as a family!
