Today we celebrated Braden's birthday. For his birthday activity, he picked going to the Circus Circus Adventuredome. We stayed there for over four hours and the kids had soo much fun! Braden's favorite ride was the Rim Runner. He actually wasn't having too much fun at first. He discovered that roller coasters weren't his thing and he was having a hard time finding a ride that he REALLY liked. It had to be a ride with water for this Hawaii boy. Logie loved the Frog Hopper...I actually saw him ride it 12 times in a row but I know he rode it more than that. He also liked the Road Runner & train ride. For lunch, we had to get the big hot dogs at the Westside Deli in the hotel. The kids also had nachos.
After Circus Circus, we made a quick trip to Wal-Mart (wish we had a Supercenter) to pick up some cases of water and then to Trader Joe's. We met Arlene and her kids at the Bellagio Conservatory. That place was so amazing! It is decorated so beautifully for Christmas and they change it every year. This year it was red and it smelled like cinnamon. After that, we walked out to see the fountains. The kids oohed & aahed & of course, I can watch that thing over and over again! It's one of my favorites!
We said our goodbyes and headed to the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. We bought some stuff on sale (Quicksilver store & Bath & Body.) BJ & Logie also got Build-a-Bears for their birthdays. We headed to Sonic for dinner. Everyone loved it. The bad thing is getting addicted to stuff we can't have at home!
We are planning on shopping for most of the day tomorrow & doing some sightseeing. I will be posting pictures but since we're on the go so much, please come back for that!
