Sound Bites

The kids are still talking about our vacation. I am still remembering some things and recording it here. Here are some sound bites from conversations we've had the past few days.

Cody on the way to the airport: "I'm going to live here so I can go to Disney all the time."

Brooke on the way to the airport: "I'm going to buy a vacation home here."

Logie last night: "Cinderella likes me. She called me 'handsome' and she called me 'boo'."

I think Logie has a crush on Cinderella because he also recalls her hugging him. Guess he likes blondes!

Logie: "I don't like Las Vegas because you can't step on the line." Huh? I really didn't get what he was talking about. They were playing games in the hallway to our room and the pattern on the carpet were these cherry blossom branches & flowers. They decided not to step on the lines in one game and the flowers in another. So, I told Logie, "but you were playing a game." He responded by saying, "No, in the game room, you couldn't go over the line on the carpet." That's when I caught on. We told the kids that they had to stay within the carpet that was designated as the "aisle" through the casino. Apparently, Logie thinks the slot machines are games and he was bummed because he wasn't allowed to play. In his words "it was junk rules!"
