We are almost done with Brooke's Fall soccer season (I'm secretly happy about that...) They won their game yesterday, 1-0. YAY, Tigers! She was playing goalie in the third quarter and went to block a ball and it hit her left eye HARD. She's a tough little girl though, and stayed in the game.
Braden's soccer team (Silver Bullets U8 Boys) almost lost their game but managed to come ahead in the last minutes of the fourth quarter. Whew! I think they like making it exciting for the parents!
Cody's football team won by one point! I didn't get to see the game and heard that initially it was a tie. The kick by the Aiea team was officially ruled out so Cody's team won! Go Ewa Saints! They don't play again until their game next month at Aloha Stadium and then it's off to Vegas for the final game of the season.
It's been a full weekend...I'm looking forward to the break from sports!
