I needed to make some REALLY quick cards last night. That seems to be my mantra but I had only 20 minutes to gather supplies, cut paper & stamp. I used Colorbox Fluid Chalk Inks. I used a light blue to ink up a portion of the SU! Linen Background stamp for a wash of background color. I then stamped the flower image over it. The sentiment was stamped over the flower. All of the stamps are SU! You could dress this up with brads, ribbon or other embellishments but hey, the drugstore cards are just as simple and you'll pay $1.99 for those! I promise, I will take better pictures...it's getting dark here & I'm using my point & shoot (I think it has an awful macro setting but that's another story) so this will have to do. If I wait for the right light & setting up my DSLR, I'll have to wait until this weekend to update this blog.
